Job Summary
Management role overseeing training, onboarding, and performance for a Dunkin/Baskin-Robbins restaurant franchisee. Responsibilities include conducting new hire orientation, scheduling and facilitating classroom-based learning, partnering with the Franchisee Leadership Team on succession planning, ensuring safety, food safety, and sanitation compliance, executing brand standards, and implementing action plans to drive production, productivity, quality, and guest service standards. Focus areas include cost controls, profitability, guest satisfaction, and developing a high-performing team through coaching and relationship-building.
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree in related field or equivalent in education and experience
- Fluent in English
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Facilitation and presentation skills
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Develops and maintains guest relationships
- Displays a sense of urgency with guests

- Resolves guest concerns by following Brand recommended guest recovery process
