Job Summary
Maintain operation standards set by Dunkin' Brands and Jaton Mgmt Co., LLC while providing high-quality guest and workforce satisfaction. Hire, train, and retain a motivated workforce by supervising staff and communicating ideas and expectations clearly. Demonstrate strong organizational skills to drive day-to-day operations across 17 Massachusetts restaurants. This role offers a five-day work week with flexible hours including overnight shifts, plus paid vacations, holiday pay, and health and dental insurance. Pino Network focuses on developing people from within, promoting dedicated leaders to grow with the network.
