Job Summary
Maintain operation standards set by Dunkin' Brands & Jaton Mgmt Co., LLC while providing high-quality guest and workforce satisfaction. Hire, train, and retain a motivated workforce by supervising staff and communicating ideas and expectations clearly. Possess strong organizational skills to drive day-to-day operations and ensure the best overall guest experience across our 17 Massachusetts restaurants. We offer flexible hours, a five-day work week, and paid time off. Previous experience in retail at brands like Shake Shack, Chipotle, or Panera Bread is an asset, and ServSafe certification is a plus.
