Maintain operation standards set by Dunkin' Brands & Jaton Mgmt Co., LLC while supervising staff and communicating expectations clearly. Hire, train, and retain a motivated workforce to ensure high-quality guest and employee satisfaction. Possess strong organizational skills to manage daily tasks across the restaurant. Previous experience in retail or at brands like Shake Shack, Chipotle, and Panera Bread is an asset. Since 1989, the Pino Network focuses on developing people from within, currently operating 17 Dunkin' restaurants in Massachusetts with a majority of management promoted internally. This opportunity drives day-to-day operations while providing the best overall guest experience in our restaurants. ServSafe certification is a plus.
