Job Summary
Maintain operation standards set by Dunkin' Brands & Jaton Mgmt Co., LLC while supervising staff and communicating expectations clearly. Hire, train, and retain a motivated workforce to ensure high-quality guest and employee satisfaction. Possess strong organizational skills to drive day-to-day restaurant operations across our 17 locations in Massachusetts. We offer flexible schedules including morning, afternoon, night, and overnight shifts, alongside five-day work weeks and paid time off. Previous experience at brands like Shake Shack, Chipotle, or Panera Bread is an asset.
