Job Summary
Maintain operation standards set by Dunkin' Brands & Jaton Mgmt Co., LLC while providing high-quality guest and workforce satisfaction. Hire, train, and retain a motivated workforce by supervising staff and communicating ideas and expectations clearly. Possess strong organizational skills to drive day-to-day operations across our 17 Massachusetts restaurants. We offer flexible hours, a five-day work week, and paid time off. Previous experience at Shake Shack, Chipotle, or Panera Bread is an asset, and ServSafe certification is a plus.
