Job Summary
Greet and serve guests, prepare and package food, and operate a Point of Sale (POS) system. Maintain sanitation and safety standards in the work area while completing daily paperwork. Clean and prepare cooking and prep areas, operate coffee and sandwich equipment, and account for food quality and quantity. Demonstrate complete knowledge of menu items and ingredients. Provide fast, friendly customer service to all guests. Requires minimum age of 16, physical dexterity for moving up to 50lbs, and basic math and written/verbal skills. This independently owned franchise offers opportunities for advancement with a focus on team player enthusiasm and excellent customer service.
