Job Summary
Greet and serve guests while preparing and packaging food orders. Operate a Point of Sale system to take orders and collect payment, and manage coffee and sandwich equipment. Maintain sanitation and safety standards in cooking and prep areas by cleaning workspaces. Complete daily paperwork and account for food quality and quantity. Demonstrate complete knowledge of menu items and ingredients. Minimum age is 16 with excellent communication skills and physical dexterity to move up to 50lbs.
