Job Summary
Bake donuts, bagels, and other treats, then glaze, fill, and decorate products for the morning rush. Uphold brand standards by managing baking supplies, maintaining the baking area's cleanliness, and following food safety protocols. Respond to overnight challenges swiftly while adhering to cash, security, and equipment safety policies. Work closely with team members during the night shift, ensuring precise recipe preparation and inventory control. Prepare fresh, high-quality goods to satisfy the daybreak crowd while maintaining a supportive environment.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Fluent in English, with the ability to read, write, speak, and understand it well
- Basic math skills for precise recipe management and inventory control
- Capable of operating restaurant equipment safely during the night shift
- Must be available for overnight shifts
- Must be able to comply with all cash, cleanliness, food safety, and security policies
