Job Summary
Lead a team by coaching staff, resolving employee concerns, and recruiting new members to ensure consistent brand standards and high-quality guest service. Manage daily operations to maintain cleanliness and safety compliance while overseeing sales initiatives, labor, and food costs to drive profitability. Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to develop action plans for continuous improvement and implement strategies that enhance the guest experience. Assist in training new hires to build a skilled, confident workforce ready to deliver exceptional service.
Required Qualifications
- Clear verbal and written communication skills (English)
- Experience in restaurant, retail, or a supervisory role
- At least 21 years of age
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- Valid driver's license
- Access to a vehicle with insurance
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to pass a drug test
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed
