Job Summary
Maintain operation standards set by Dunkin' Brands & Jaton Mgmt Co., LLC while providing high-quality guest and workforce satisfaction. Hire, train, and retain a motivated workforce by supervising staff and communicating expectations clearly. Manage budgets and cost control practices to build profitable top-line sales. Possess strong organizational skills to drive day-to-day operations across our 17 Massachusetts restaurants. We offer a five-day work week, paid vacations, holiday pay, and paid sick time. Health and dental insurance are included. Previous experience at Shake Shack, Chipotle, or Panera Bread is an asset. ServSafe certification is a plus.
