Job Summary
Support the store manager in daily operations, ensuring 100% guest satisfaction and adherence to franchise standards for food safety, cleanliness, and cash handling. Coach and train the team, deploy crew members throughout shifts, and perform food production, guest service, and store organization duties. Assume full management responsibility of the restaurant in the store manager's absence. This role requires a valid driver's license, high school diploma, and 1-3 years of fast-casual management experience. Applicants must be 19 or older, pass a background check, and be able to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Earn up to $20.00 per hour with free coffee, donuts, PTO, and health benefits. Required Qualifications
- 19 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must complete a satisfactory background check
- 1-3 years Fast-Casual, Restaurant Management experience or equivalent
