Job Summary
Lead floor operations and support the Restaurant Manager by managing team meetings, overseeing brand training programs, and executing new product rollouts. Ensure brand standards, recipes, and systems are followed while maintaining a safe, secure, and healthy environment through strict adherence to food safety and sanitation requirements. Drive profitability by controlling costs, managing inventory, reviewing guest feedback to implement improvement plans, and optimizing labor schedules to meet guest demand. Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop team members while coaching staff to improve sales and guest satisfaction. Manage cash over/shorts and ensure compliance with franchisee policies and applicable laws.
Required Qualifications
- Basic computer skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Basic math and financial management
- Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality
