Job Summary
Support the Restaurant Manager by performing all duties of the restaurant team, leading team meetings, and overseeing Brand Training programs to certify staff. Ensure brand standards, recipes, and systems are executed while maintaining a safe, secure, and healthy environment. Create a guest-focused culture by reviewing feedback and implementing action plans, then communicate priorities and goals to the team. Execute new product rollouts, manage inventory, control costs, and oversee cash management to maximize profitability. Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop team members while coaching for improved sales and guest satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Basic computer skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Basic math and financial management
- Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality
