Job Summary
Support the Restaurant Manager and shift leaders by performing all duties of the restaurant team, leading team meetings, and overseeing Brand Training programs to certify staff. Ensure brand standards, recipes, and systems are executed while creating a guest-focused culture that drives profitability through strong leadership and cost control. Manage daily operations including inventory, labor scheduling, supplier orders, cash over/short, and safety compliance to meet franchisee policies and legal requirements. Coach team members to improve sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction while engaging with the Field Operations team as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality
- Basic computer skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Basic math and financial management
- Good analytical skills and business acumen
