Job Summary
Support the Restaurant Manager by leading team meetings, overseeing Brand Training Programs, and ensuring all standards, recipes, and systems are executed. Drive operational excellence by managing floor operations, controlling costs, and maintaining a safe, secure environment while enforcing food safety and sanitation requirements. Recruit, hire, and develop the restaurant team through performance appraisals and coaching to maximize profitability and guest satisfaction. Execute new product rollouts, manage inventory, and ensure the restaurant budget is met according to franchisee policies.
Required Qualifications
- Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality
- Basic computer skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English
