Job Summary
Lead team meetings, oversee Brand Training Programs, and execute point-of-purchase setups while maintaining safety, food safety, and sanitation standards. Support the Restaurant Manager in staffing, assigning staff, managing cash over/short, and controlling costs to maximize profitability. Review guest feedback results, implement action plans, and coach team members to drive sales and improve guest satisfaction. Manage inventory, complete supplier orders, and ensure the restaurant budget is met according to franchisee policies.
Required Qualifications
- Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality
- Basic computer skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English
