Job Summary
Lead the restaurant team by performing all duties of the Restaurant Manager during their absence, including floor operations, brand training programs, and guest experience delivery. Oversee brand standards, recipes, and systems while managing cash over/short and controlling costs to maximize profitability. Recruit, hire, and develop staff; conduct performance appraisals and coach team members to drive sales and improve guest satisfaction. Execute new product rollouts, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and franchisee policies. Review guest feedback to implement action plans and maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment.
Required Qualifications
- Basic computer skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Basic math and financial management
- Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality
