Job Summary
Support the Restaurant Manager by performing all duties of the restaurant team, leading team meetings, and overseeing Brand Training Programs to train, validate, and certify staff. Ensure brand standards, recipes, and systems are executed while creating a guest-focused culture and implementing action plans based on feedback results. Manage daily operations including inventory, supplier orders, labor scheduling, and cash management to control costs and maximize profitability. Enforce safety, food safety, and sanitation requirements to maintain a secure environment. Recruit, hire, onboard, and coach team members to drive sales, improve profitability, and enhance guest satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality
- Basic computer skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Basic math and financial management
- Good analytical skills and business acumen

- Standing on feet
- Repetitive motion including bending, stooping and reaching
