Job Summary
Oversee daily restaurant operations by leading team meetings, executing brand training programs, and ensuring strict adherence to safety, food safety, and sanitation standards. Manage floor leadership by staffing shifts, assigning staff, and deploying resources to meet guest demand while controlling costs to maximize profitability. Review guest feedback to implement action plans, manage cash over/short, and execute new product rollouts including training and sampling. Support the Restaurant Manager in vendor orders, inventory completion, and performance appraisals to drive sales and guest satisfaction. This Assistant General Manager role supports franchisee standards and requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to train and develop a team in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality
- Basic computer skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English
