Dunkin Assistant General Manager

Oversee floor operations, brand training programs, and supplier orders while supporting the Restaurant Manager in staffing, deployment, and new product rollouts. Lead team meetings, conduct self-assessments, and enforce safety and sanitation standards to maintain a guest-focused culture and control costs. Review guest feedback, manage cash over/short, and execute inventory checks to drive profitability and operational excellence. Assist with performance appraisals and coach staff to improve sales and guest satisfaction. This role requires basic computer skills, fluency in English, and previous leadership experience in retail or hospitality.
