Job Summary
Lead the restaurant in floor operations, brand training, and guest experience delivery while supporting the Restaurant Manager and shift leaders. Manage team recruitment, performance appraisals, and coaching to drive sales and profitability. Enforce safety standards, control costs, and execute new product rollouts and point-of-purchase setups. Review guest feedback, maintain accurate inventory, and manage cash operations to meet franchisee budgets. Ensure all staff are scheduled and deployed to meet demand while complying with applicable laws.
Required Qualifications
- Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality
- Basic computer skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Basic math and financial management
