Conduct barista duties and manage customer service for guests during morning, afternoon, night, and overnight shifts. Operate cash registers and handle transactions while maintaining a friendly, upbeat demeanor. Provide best-in-class guest experiences and support team operations within our 17 Massachusetts locations.
