Job Summary
Respond to equipment staging and delivery requests while safely storing, staging, and transporting IT hardware to client sites. Perform hardware replacements and upgrades in data center environments, and troubleshoot faulty equipment remotely to minimize downtime. Adhere to safety protocols and collaborate with the remote support team to ensure efficient operations. Requires basic data center technician experience, decent knowledge of IT hardware, and the ability to work on an on-call basis. Compensation ranges from $50-$90 per hour with travel and parking expenses included.
