Job Summary
Serve food and beverages to customers in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner; demonstrate extensive knowledge of the restaurant’s menu and wine list; verify customer ages for alcohol service and validate players cards as applicable; operate the POS system and process payments; participate in area clean-up, maintain bar safety, and uphold sanitation standards; arrive on time in full uniform and participate in pre-shift meetings; flexible shifts including weekends/holidays; must be 18+, HS diploma or equivalent, and have 1+ year of high-volume server experience; pass a menu knowledge assessment (90%+); obtain required licenses including alcohol awareness certification and Serve Safe NYSGC licensing.
Required Qualifications
