Job Summary
Lead the production of approximately 13,000 annual Entity Vulnerability Assessments, ensuring they meet the 80% quality standard for analytic rigor. Personally handle or supervise complex investigations involving multi-national mergers, opaque holding companies, and Section 847 high-risk entities. Guide the team in analyzing financial health, M&A activity, and board composition to identify non-obvious control mechanisms. Synthesize complex business data into clear, actionable intelligence reports for DCSA decision-makers. Requires active Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
Required Qualifications
- Active Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
- 8+ years in risk analysis, mergers & acquisitions (M&A) due diligence, or competitive intelligence
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, International Relations, or related field
- Expert capability in identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies in corporate data
