Job Summary
Coordinate and manage nationwide requests for zoning, environmental, land use, and public records to support commercial real estate due diligence; review documentation for completeness and relevance; maintain detailed tracking and documentation; support zoning and environmental analysts; serve as primary liaison with municipalities and agencies; manage multiple requests within deadlines; ensure confidentiality and adherence to quality standards; typically in-office 9-to-5 with flexible scheduling in Akron, OH; 1-2 years of relevant experience and strong communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills are required; proficiency with Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years’ experience in service-oriented environment requiring direct customer interaction
- 1-2 years’ experience with data acquisition and/or data entry in a role requiring great attention to detail, problem solving and follow through
- The ability to communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members both verbally and in writing
- Ability to prioritize, balance and manage multiple projects/objectives in an organized manner with attention to detail and meeting set deadlines
- Experience in records research, commercial real estate, due diligence, environmental services, legal support, permitting, or administrative operations is preferred but not required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based research tools- Salesforce experience is a plus but not required
- The ability to adapt to updates in technology and process
- Ability to demonstrate a great work ethic (self-starter) – i.e., not afraid to jump in, learn the business and make an impact
