Job Summary

Conduct detailed duct diagnostics, perform air balances, and design accurate residential duct layouts tailored to airflow dynamics. Evaluate HVAC needs, coordinate material orders, and collaborate with installation teams to ensure designs are implemented correctly. Manage team meetings, train staff, and maintain a constant feedback loop between management and field personnel. Deescalate customer concerns, present pricing options, and clearly guide homeowners through completed installations. Ensure all work complies with manufacturer specifications, local codes, and safety protocols while maintaining tools and equipment.
