Job Summary
Display and arrange beverage products on shelves, fixtures, and floor areas to maximize store inventory and minimize stock room space. Transfer goods from the customer stock room to displays while adhering to "Sell By" dates, and place price and descriptive signs on merchandise. Order product for assigned accounts to prevent out-of-stock conditions and construct display aids from provided Point of Sale materials. Provide excellent customer service to store owners and resolve complaints or grievances effectively. Work without direct supervision while maintaining high accuracy and lifting up to 70 pounds. This part-time role in Dubois, Wyoming, supports Admiral Beverage's mission as a strategic business partner within the Mountain-West states.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds
- Valid driver's license
- Candidates must demonstrate a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work without direct supervision
- Must be able to effectively resolve complaints or grievances
- Must be able to communicate effectively on a daily basis with key store personnel
- Must be able to arrange products according to prearranged plan or own ideas approved by management
- Must be able to place price and descriptive signs on backdrop, fixtures, merchandise, or floor
- Must be able to transfer product from customer stock room to floor displays
- Must be able to order product for assigned accounts in accordance with established procedures
- Must be able to originate display ideas or follow suggestions or schedule of Merchandiser Manager and Sales Manager
- Must be able to construct or assemble display aids from company provided Point of Sale (POS) materials
- Must be able to wear company provided uniform and present professional and well-groomed appearance to customers and market place
