Plan and execute individual training programs and group courses on the training floor. Conduct health-related customer service including anamneses, fitness checks, and consultations to guide training and achieve goals. Support therapeutic measures for rehabilitation or prevention sports groups. Collaborate on regional projects promoting movement, health, and prevention. Participate in internal training and continuous professional development. Contribute to quality and service management to optimize internal processes. Assist in planning and implementing health days, workshops, and information events for members.
