Duales Studium International Business

Manage international business projects across procurement, product management, sales, and controlling while completing theory-based coursework in marketing, intercultural management, and finance. Execute self-directed projects and rotate through practical phases at Hansgrohe locations in Schiltach and Offenburg. Engage in workshops for soft skills, presentation training, and IT upgrades alongside individual mentorship from an experienced team. Complete a three-year program (six semesters) with an included laptop, following the Metal and Electrical Industry collective agreement for compensation.
