Job Summary
Install and maintain technical systems, train staff, and serve as the central contact for planning, designing, and improving maintenance processes to ensure production efficiency. Collaborate within dynamic teams to advance global projects at ZEISS while applying engineering and business knowledge gained through the dual study program. Participate in group projects to develop technical, economic, and communication skills, including conflict management and team leadership. Complete a three-year curriculum split between practical and theoretical semesters starting in October 2027, earning a Bachelor of Engineering degree.
Required Qualifications
- Abitur (allgemein oder fachgebunden) oder Fachhochschulreife
- Absolvieren eines dualen Studiums im Verbund mit der Dualen Hochschule Baden-Württemberg in Mannheim
- Die Fähigkeit analytisch zu denken
- Ein hohes Maß an Engagement und Eigenmotivation
- Team-, Kommunikations- und Problemlösefähigkeiten
