Manage members on the training floor, conduct trial sessions, and create training plans while ensuring quality standards per the employee handbook. Acquire and retain members, support inventory management, and assist with marketing campaigns and events. Handle cleaning duties and help recover terminated memberships to meet Google review and trial statistics targets. Adhere to all regulations and laws. Work full-time with a monthly 2–3 day presence phase at the university (including digital options).
