Job Summary
Manage members on the training floor, conduct trial sessions, and create workout plans while ensuring quality standards per the employee handbook. Drive member acquisition and retention, support inventory management, and assist in marketing campaigns and events. Handle cleaning duties and help recover terminated memberships to meet Google review and trial session targets. Adhere to all regulations and laws.
