Manage members on the training floor, conduct trial sessions, and create workout plans while ensuring quality standards per the employee handbook. Drive member acquisition and retention, support inventory management, and actively participate in marketing campaigns and events. Handle cleaning duties, assist in re-acquiring lapsed members, and contribute to improving Google ratings and trial statistics. Adhere to all regulations and laws. Work full-time with a monthly 2–3 day presence phase at the university (including digital options).
