Job Summary
Rotate between Hochschule and enterprise every three months across Digitalisation, IT, Process Planning, and Business Development to gain practical experience while earning a competitive salary. Manage active project contributions and early responsibility in diverse operational workflows. Simultaneously pursue theoretical modules in IT Management, Big Data, and Digital Transformation at DHBW Stuttgart, with an option for an international semester. Complete the Abitur by summer 2027 and demonstrate strong German (C1) and English (B2) proficiency. This dual program offers flexible work hours, mobile work options, and a clear path to full-time employment within a global logistics organization.
Required Qualifications
- Abschluss des (Fach-)Abiturs bis spätestens Sommer 2027
- Interesse an betriebswirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen, Digitalisierung und IT-Prozessen
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1)
- Englischkenntnisse auf mindestens B2-Niveau
