Prepare for a three-year dual study program in banking sales at R+V Versicherung, working directly with Volks- and Raiffeisenbanken to guide customers on insurance, savings, and financial products. You will operate at the Point of Sale in bank branches, prepare and conduct counseling conversations, create offers, and support the team in contract closures. The curriculum combines theoretical study at the dual university of Saxony or the University of Economics and Law Berlin with practical application. A driver's license is required at the start of training, and the program includes a mentorship program, additional qualifications such as financial product distribution, and inner-company training.
