Job Summary
Prepare for a dual Bachelor of Arts BWL program in bank sales, working directly at the Point of Sale in Volks- and Raiffeisenbank branches while studying at the dual university in Saxony or Berlin. Understand insurance and financial products through hands-on customer advisory on coverage, savings, and investment plans. Draft proposals, support contract closures, and manage pre- and post-conversation briefings within the sales team. The three-year program begins September 1, 2027, with a driving license required at start. Monthly stipends range from €1,532 to €1,748, plus holiday and Christmas bonuses. The role offers a 38-hour workweek, 30 days of vacation, and access to fitness benefits and modern equipment.
