Job Summary
Work at the Point of Sale in Volks- and Raiffeisenbank branches, accompanying customers on insurance, savings, and investment decisions while studying at a dual university in Baden-Württemberg, Dresden, or Berlin. Prepare and follow up on counseling conversations, create offers, and support the team in contract closures. Gain practical experience with insurance and financial products through direct customer interaction. The program runs for three years starting September 1, 2027, with a fixed monthly stipend of €1,432, €1,520, or €1,648 depending on the year, plus vacation and Christmas pay. Requirements include Fachhochschulreife with strong math grades, a driver's license, and a passion for counseling and economic topics.
