Job Summary
Prepare for a dual Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration focused on insurance and banking sales, working alongside Volks- and Raiffeisenbanks nationwide. Engage in Point of Sale activities at bank branches, where you accompany clients on decisions regarding insurance, savings, and financial assets. Prepare and follow up on counseling conversations, create offers, and support the team in contract closures while studying at a dual university in Baden-Württemberg, Dresden, or Berlin. The program runs for three years starting September 1, 2027, with a fixed monthly salary ranging from €1,432 to €1,648, plus vacation and Christmas pay. Requires Fachhochschulreife with strong math grades and a driver's license.
