Job Summary
Work with Volks- and Raiffeisenbank Point of Sale teams to accompany customers on insurance, savings, and financial asset decisions. Prepare and follow up on consultation conversations, create offers, and support the team in contract closures while studying at a dual university in Baden-Württemberg, Dresden, or Berlin. Start date is 01.09.2027 for a three-year duration. Fixed training remuneration ranges from €1,432 to €1,648 monthly plus holiday and Christmas pay. Requirements include Fachhochschulreife with a strong math grade, a driver's license at the start of training, and motivation for practical challenges.
