Prepare pre- and post-consultation activities, generate offers, and assist the team in contract closures while studying business administration at the dual university in Mannheim. Understand R+V insurance and financial products through direct client interaction. The program runs for three years starting September 1, 2027, with a fixed monthly stipend of €1,532, rising to €1,748 in the third year, plus holiday and Christmas pay. The role includes a 38-hour weekly schedule, 30 days of vacation, and access to modern equipment. Candidates require Fachhochschulreife with strong math skills or an existing vocational training.
