Job Summary
Work in the sales team at the Point of Sale in Volks- and Raiffeisenbank branches, preparing and conducting consultation conversations while assisting with contract closures. Learn R+V insurance and financial products through direct customer interaction regarding coverage, savings, and investment plans. Start the dual study program on September 1, 2027, for a three-year duration at the dual university in Karlsruhe or Mannheim. Receive a fixed monthly stipend of €1,532, €1,620, or €1,748 depending on the year, plus holiday and Christmas pay. Requires Fachhochschulreife with strong math grades, a driver's license at the start of training, and motivation for practical, challenge-oriented work.
