Conduct engineering education through a three-year dual study program, alternating between DHBW Ravensburg/Friedrichshafen and Constellium. Deliver instruction in mechanical engineering fundamentals including construction, mechanics, materials, manufacturing, electrical engineering, and informatics. Teach specific modules covering production management, automation, control systems, and simulation alongside key skills in presentation, rhetoric, and management. Apply learned knowledge to construction, project design, production planning, and process optimization while participating in international internships and team activities. Receive above-average stipend, 35-hour work week, and 30 days of vacation.
