Job Summary
Conduct manufacturing and assembly of complex components while programming, operating, and maintaining modern production facilities. Oversee and secure quality standards through independent, quality-conscious decision-making in technical, digital, and economic areas. Engage in project and team work to implement initiatives and develop solutions for production planning, process control, and technology development. Complete a dual study program combining industrial mechanic or mechatronic training with a Bachelor of Engineering in Production Management at the Technical University of Ulm. Work a 35-hour week with flexible scheduling at the Amstetten facility, supported by comprehensive onboarding, seminars, and team-building activities.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Arbeits- und Aufenthaltserlaubnis für die Bundesrepublik Deutschland
- Fortgeschrittenes deutsches Sprachniveau (mindestens B2)
- Abschluss der Ausbildung Industriemechanik oder Mechatronik nach 2,5 Jahren
- Nach 4,5 Jahren Bachelor of Engineering Produktionsmanagement
- Mut; eigene Ideen einzubringen
- Kommunikationsfähigkeit
