Job Summary
Master of Science in Process Management - Technical Processes supports the Service Management domain. The role involves driving strategic projects to optimize, digitize and automate processes and products in German field service, including Smart Maintenance, Remote Services and energy-efficiency analysis. You will develop and optimize the IT toolchain (e.g., S/4 HANA) to enhance the Customer Journey and customer satisfaction, analyze data, and create interactive dashboards with Power BI or SAC to provide stakeholders with insights. You will actively promote the use of artificial intelligence (e.g., chatbots) to automate processes, improve service quality, and optimize customer contact. Training is provided through a dual-study system with partners from Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen in Wetzlar; you gain practical experience in an international and diverse corporate environment. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; first experience in process and project management; strong MS Office and Copilot/ChatGPT skills; interest in technical topics and/or programming; experience applying AI in business contexts. You should be able to analytically comprehend complex issues and develop customer- and goal-oriented solutions, communicate effectively, be reliable, and integrate into a collaborative team with a passion for new technologies and cross-disciplinary collaboration.
