Job Summary
Dual Slot Attendant/Supervisor (PT) role in the Slots department. The Dual Slot Supervisor splits time between Supervisory and regular Slot Attendant duties, overseeing slot machines, paying jackpots, and addressing machine issues while delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities include monitoring and guiding slot players, assisting with game instructions, maintaining machine printers and bill validators, ensuring compliance with policies, supporting promotions, and promoting a safe, welcoming environment. Requires high school diploma (post-secondary asset), knowledge of slot operations, strong multitasking and leadership abilities, excellent customer relations, teamwork, bilingual English/French is an asset, and eligibility to obtain Gaming Registration in New Brunswick. Flexible schedule with early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma; post secondary education an asset
- Understanding of Slots operations and knowledge of gaming policies an asset
- Ability to multi-task, lead and motivate in a very busy environment in a very respectful and courteous manner
- Excellent customer relations; staff relations and administrative skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment with strong communication skills
- Strong mathematical skills
- Bilingualism in English and French an asset
- Must be 19 years of age or older
- Ability to successfully obtain and maintain a Gaming Registration within applicable province (New Brunswick).
