Job Summary
Oversee dual-site maintenance operations at Windsor's Plano properties, including general maintenance (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry), work order management, vendor coordination, and on-call after-hours coverage; lead maintenance team, manage budgets and contracts, ensure safety and compliance, and deliver resident service with strong communication.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in apartment maintenance or related field
- Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory/leadership role
- Experience with budget monitoring and contract management
- Experience ordering supplies, creating purchase orders, and processing invoices
- Experience managing, scheduling and overseeing vendors, contractors and suppliers
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Strong experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance repairs
- EPA Type II preferred or ability to become certified within 90 days of start date
- CPO (Certified Pool Operator) preferred or ability to become certified within 90 days of start date
