Job Summary
Conduct telephone marketing, greet prospective residents, and manage appointment scheduling for ready and model apartments. Generate quotes, close leases, and secure deposits while assisting applicants with rental applications and credit verification. Prepare lease paperwork for new and renewal agreements, insert approved renewal rates, and deliver renewal letters. Review resident files to identify unpaid fees, communicate balances, and enforce lease terms to maximize revenue. Organize community activities, prepare newsletters, and maintain resident loyalty under Community Manager direction.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Must have the ability to communicate in English
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience as an onsite Leasing Consultant in multi-family housing, hospitality or similar industry
