Job Summary
Leasing Specialist supports two Peak Living properties (Brittany Greens in Brigham City and Providence Pointe in Logan) with customer service and leasing duties, including telephone marketing, greeting and qualifying prospects, scheduling and conducting showings of ready/model apartments, generating quotes, processing deposits, assisting with rental applications and credit verification, ensuring LIHTC requirements are followed, handling lease paperwork and renewals, reviewing resident accounts for delinquencies, and supporting community activities and retention efforts.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of three (3) years' experience as an onsite Leasing Consultant in multi-family housing, hospitality or similar.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) designation preferred (for LIHTC)
- Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) designation preferred (for Section 8)
- 1 year of experience in LIHTC communities.
- Must have the ability to communicate in English.
